Privacy and Cookie Policy
This site collects very little, and the shortest way to explain the policy is to start with what is not here. Boku Online Casinos has no accounts, no registration, no newsletter, no login and no shopping basket. There is nothing to sign up for, so there is no database of readers to protect.

What We Collect

Why We Process It

The one exception is a legal one. If a court, regulator or law enforcement body makes a lawful request, we comply with it.
How Long It Is Kept
Server logs are held for a short operational period, normally measured in weeks, and then discarded. Email correspondence is kept while the matter is open and for a reasonable period afterwards so a follow-up question can be answered in context. Nothing here is retained indefinitely, and nothing is archived for marketing purposes.
Where the Data Sits
Data is processed on servers inside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. Where a provider processes data elsewhere, that transfer relies on an adequacy decision or on Standard Contractual Clauses, which are the recognised safeguards for moving personal data outside the UK and the EEA.
Your Rights
Under the UK GDPR and the equivalent rules across the EEA you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, ask us to restrict how it is used, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and request a copy in a portable form. Given how little exists, most requests here concern an email thread and are simple to handle.
Write to [email protected] and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with the outcome you can complain to your data protection authority: the Information Commissioner's Office in the United Kingdom, or the supervisory authority in your own country elsewhere in the EEA.
Security and Changes
The site is served over an encrypted connection, access to the server is restricted to the people who maintain it, and software is kept current. No system is perfect, and any breach affecting personal data would be reported to the relevant authority and to affected readers as the law requires.
